Allison Waddell will give an overview of the current state and future vision of the MCT Program as well as the Microsoft Learning Partner Program. She will be focusing on new program benefit, trainer readiness, and the opportunities MCTs have in supporting Microsoft Learning’s eLearning and MOOC courses, the new MAPs learning option and the vision for Channel expansion and increased opportunity for all companies interested in delivering technical training on Microsoft Technologies.
Allison Waddell, MBA has worked as a learning professional with a focus on program development and marketing in various sectors including technology, healthcare, business, education, and engineering. Currently, she manages the Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and Certified Professionals Program (MCP) for Microsoft Learning. Prior to joining Microsoft she was the Associate Director of Innovation Learning at University of Washington (UW) leading efforts that exposed UW students, faculty, and staff to the innovation ecosystem and innovative thinking. She produced and managed a variety of both instructor led and eLearning courses through her tenure at UW. In her spare time Allison loves to travel and has visited over 25 countries in 5 continents.
